- We use the multi-blades cutting machines to cut the blocks into rough slabs which thickness can be 1cm-10cm
- We use the hand polishing machine to polish the rough slabs, the polished degrees should be more than 9O, and the level-error should be less than 0.25mm
- We use the infrared side cutting machine to cut the polished slabs into the size which the buyers requested the veracity should be ¡À0.1mm
- We use the chamfered edge machine to make the finished tiles more smooth on the edges
- After final inspection,we use two ways to package the products One is PVC box, the other is carton, and then, we use the wooden cases to pack the PVC boxes or cartons, so that the products will not been damaged on the way of transfer
- We have our own stock yard to put the wooden cases into the containers We also have the skilled workers to make everything safety, the products will also not been damaged after been put into the containers.
